1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between YNV Labs (“we”, “us”) and the merchant installing or using the TrueBundle app for Shopify (“you”). By installing the app you accept them on behalf of the store you install it on, and you confirm you’re authorized to do so. If you don’t agree, don’t install the app.
2. The service
TrueBundle lets you create and manage product bundles built on Shopify’s native bundle engine, computes each bundle’s availability per inventory location, displays it to you and (optionally) to your shoppers, and reports bundle sales by component SKU and tag. The app reads your inventory and never modifies stock quantities — this is a design guarantee, enforced by the permissions the app requests.
3. Fees, trial, and billing
- TrueBundle is offered on flat monthly subscription plans; the current plans and what each includes are shown in the app and on the app’s Shopify App Store listing.
- Every plan starts with a free trial. The current trial length is shown on the plan page and in the App Store listing. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and uninstalling during the trial costs nothing.
- Billing is handled entirely by Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. We never see or store your payment details.
- Uninstalling the app ends your subscription; Shopify stops future charges according to its billing cycle. Charges already made for a current billing period are generally not refunded, but if something went wrong, contact us — we’d rather be fair than technically correct.
- If we change plan prices, existing subscribers get clear notice in advance, and changes take effect no earlier than your next billing cycle.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the app on a store you’re authorized to operate, and comply with your own applicable laws and with Shopify’s terms.
- Configure your bundles, prices, and sales channels — the app gives you the levers and the warnings, but what you sell, and for how much, is your call.
- Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, resell it, or use it to build a competing service by systematic extraction.
5. The honest limits
We’d rather write these down than have you discover them:
- Availability is computed, continuously, from data Shopify provides. Updates are near-real-time but not instantaneous; there can be short windows between a stock change and the recomputed number. The app shows you when each bundle was last synced so nothing has to be taken on faith.
- We don’t control order routing. Which location Shopify assigns an order to — including split shipments — is decided by Shopify, not by TrueBundle. The app tells you where bundles can be assembled; it cannot force where they ship from.
- The app depends on Shopify. If Shopify’s platform, APIs, or your store are unavailable or change behavior, parts of the service may be affected until we adapt.
6. Your data, our software
Your store’s data remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on it — reading, processing, and storing it as described in our privacy policy — and nothing more. The app’s software, design, and branding remain ours. When you uninstall, your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.
7. Warranties and liability
We work hard to make TrueBundle accurate and reliable — that’s the entire point of it — but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost sales), and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using TrueBundle at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate service for a store that violates these terms or where Shopify’s billing for the subscription fails, after reasonable notice where practical. Sections 6–9 survive termination.
9. General
- Changes to these terms: if we change them materially, we’ll give notice in the app before the change applies; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YNV Labs is established, and disputes belong to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
- Severability: if a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Entire agreement: these terms plus the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us regarding the app.
